The spot prices more or less remained on the same level
but the futures prices showed increase by 1.2-1.4% this week. The June
futures are much below the present prices, less by nearly usd 140 pmt.
The July futures were approx. trading at usd 230 per 100kg while august
contracts were nearly at usd 233.
Coriander Seed: US$ 900-950 pmt fob Kandla / Mundra

The coriander prices dropped down in Indian market due to
increased supply pressure. The June contracts were approx. trading at
usd 90 per 100kg and july futures at usd 92.6.
Chilli LCA 334 (Guntur): The chilli futures have
moved up by nearly 4-5% since last week due to good demand. June contracts
were approximately at usd 103.8 and july futures at usd 109.7 per 100kg.
