Fenugreek SeedFenugreek seed is

also known to have medicinal values. In India, it is known to be consumed for
joints. Fenugreek oil is mainly used as an ingredient in hair tonics. Fenugreek
seeds are also used in pickles in India. The seeds have the bitter taste but with
roasting it can be reduced. The major destination for fenugreek is
U.S., E.U., Middle east, Japan, Malalysia, Singapore etc. It is exported in seeds
as well as powdered form. Its powder is preferred in consumer packing of 50g and
