November soybeans closed higher for the fourth consecutive day as estimates of Brazil's soybean crop kept some traders on the sidelines. The USDA announced the sale of 170,500 tons of soybeans to China and another 175,000 tons to another buyer.

Indian import prices for crude palm oil was at US$ 817 per ton cif while soybean degummed (crude) oil was at US$ 890 per ton cif. Crude sunflower oil was at United States dollars 925 pmt.
