the biggest rabi crop of oilseed. Mustard is mainly crushed
to obtain oil which has a very big market in India. Its meal has great
export demand and used for animal feed. The seeds are for direct consumption
and mainly used as spices in Indian cuisines. Canada
& Australia are also the major producers and exporters of mustard. Mustard
seed - rapeseed prices mainly depends on local crop production as well canadian
